Our
Materials.

Your specialist for all
metals and precious metals.

Our
Materials

Metal

No matter if standard or special applications, we meet all desired requirements for metals. Efficient and economical or high-quality and resistant, depending on the requirements, we fulfill the desired product properties. Almost all alloyed metals that are most frequently processed are available:
  • stainless steel VA (anti-allergenic)
  • automatic and tempered steel
  • brass
  • titanium
  • aluminium
  • bronze
  • copper

Precious Metal (CoC certified)

We use a sustainable supply chain that respects human rights in all materials we source for our production. For the following precious metals, we are even voluntarily regularly tested and certified according to the Chain of Custody of the Responsible Jewellery Council (COC:2019):
  • gold
  • silver
  • palladium
  • platinum

Leather

We source sustainable leather from certified suppliers in Germany and Europe. Various qualities from economical standard up to high-end quality exotics are available. Synthetic leather imitations also have a deceptively real feel, promote sustainability and correspond to the trend for vegan alternatives.
  • various types of leather such as calf, lizard, carp, salmon, stingray, snake or crocodile
  • structured or smooth
  • synthetic leather
  • vegan leather

Faceted Stone

We have both automatic stone setting systems and artisanal setters for manual stone settings. We procure precious stones exclusively from audited suppliers who are not involved in the financing of conflicts and are in accordance with United Nations resolutions. We guarantee that our gems are conflict-free. This is regularly proved by voluntarily auditions and certified according to the Code of Practice of the Responsible Jewellery Council (COP:2019).
In addition to real stones, we also process synthetic alternatives on request.
  • diamonds
  • gemstones and semi-precious stones
  • glass
  • crystal
  • patented stone settings (glue-free)
  • hand-setted
  • machine-setted (semi-automatic & fully automatic)

Plastics & Co.

With our high-precision turning and milling machines, other materials can also be processed as metal, such as synthetic or carbon (carbon). Softer plastics are designed using forming tools and can retain their flexibility depending on the application. A selection of the processed plastics is:
  • carbon
  • acrylyc
  • technical plastics (PA, PE, PVC)
  • rubber
  • silicone

Other Materials

In combination with metal, other materials are often used to finish the entire article in the assembly. There are no limits to the imagination here, special customer requests have already led to very unusual combinations. However, the most commonly used materials for combination have been so far these:
  • ceramic
  • meteorite
  • gemstones and semi-precious stones
  • mineral and sapphire glass
  • pearls and mother of pearl
  • alcantara
  • silk

Certificates &
Responsibility.

What kind of world do we want to live in? More and more people are asking this question. It no longer matters where our consumer goods come from and under what conditions a service is provided. The ‘How?’, ‘Where?’ and ‘At what price?' is playing an increasingly important role, especially when there is a choice of providers on the market. Then unique selling points count.
We have made it our mission to meet the needs of people and future generations. Not only our customers and their customers, but also our own employees and their families bear great responsibility, which we take very seriously.

Our
Refinements

Finish

Our machine or manual processing of the workpiece itself goes from simple or high-quality matting to machine polishes of various grades. We can process the surfaces in whole, in part or mixed.

Robotics & Manual Labour

  • tumbled
  • polished /for decorative surfaces):
    • disc finishing machines
    • vibratory finishing machines
    • drag finishing machines
    • robot polishing
  • brushed (for decorative surfaces)
    • robot brushing
    • manual brushing
  • satinised (for decorative surfaces)
    • sandblasted
    • manual satin finishes

Coating

Both surface-processed and raw workpieces can be coated by various methods, which maintain the structures of the surface treatments. Depending on the material and customer specifications, we work with coating thicknesses from ‘eco’ to high-end with 10 years warranty.
  • PVD (coating thickness from Eco to 10-year guarantee)
  • gold plating
  • silver plating
  • electroplating (IP)
  • galvanisation

Painting / Lacquer

Colored top layers according to CI colors or for decorative purposes are applied by airbrush. There are no limits to the variety of colors, all colors according to RAL/ pantone are feasible.
  • airbrush technology with clean room and extraction system
  • color selection according to RAL / pantone

2D Textures

Two-dimensional textures and patterns on the surfaces can be created during the milling process. Three-dimensional objects can also be represented. Depending on the required production efficiency, textures can also be made by laser technology, which can also be fed in the automated process sequence by robotics.
  • 2D (slightly 3D possible)
  • fonts, logos etc.
  • laser engraving
  • laser cutting

3D Structures

Three-dimensional structures can be realized in the milling process, for organic shapes punching may be more advantageous. Surface structures can be covered with inlays, fantasy patterns or CI-compliant patterns that make your products unique and recognizable again. We can provide a wide variety of procedures, depending on the depth and complexity required. From economically efficient to high-end unique, everything is possible.
  • 3D
  • by: punching, milling or embossing

Inlay

By using embedded inlays, almost inexhaustible color and material combinations can be created. For inserts, exact milling into the workpieces is carried out with the highest precision, so that everything appears to be made from one single piece. Also, the combination of metal base with metal inlay offers fantastic possibilities of individualization.
  • enamel
  • lacquer
  • precious resin
  • precious stone
