Production

Based on the rapid prototyping model a hand sample is created which is a single technical prototype that corresponds to the final article to a large extent. This hand sample is produced on special CNC machines and is used for the examination of functions, haptics and optics.

Following the approval of the hand sample, an advanced prototype series is made which is produced with exactly the same manufacturing methods as the final articles. This series of products provides the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments or improvements.

After final approval through our own and the customer´s quality control, the manufacturing process starts and the article is produced in the quantity requested.
